About Us

AI SMART is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization registered in the State of Texas. We are students helping students use AI responsibly and effectively — enhancing learning, not replacing it. Our mission is to promote ethical awareness and thoughtful integration of AI in education. Together, we aim to master AI with purpose, using it to shape a smarter, more responsible future.

Students Mastering AI Together – that is AI SMART.

Our Founders

Grayson Tucker

Co-Founder

Grayson is a junior at Trinity Christian Academy with a passion for both artificial intelligence and the future of education. He serves as Head of Architecture for Mercenary Robotics in the FIRST Robotics Competition, Vice President of the Science Olympiad Club, and Vice President of Community Service for his school’s Future Problem Solvers team. Beyond school, he volunteers with the McKinney STEAM Academy to support STEM education in the Dallas.

Grayson has participated in state and international conferences on AI and education and believes that by equipping students with a strong foundation in AI today, they can become the ethical and innovative leaders of tomorrow.

“The wave of AI is already upon us. Those who learn to master it now will not only adapt but will redefine what is possible.”

Sophie Huang

Co-Founder

Sophie is a junior at Trinity Christian Academy and is excited to serve as a co-founder of AI SMART. With a strong passion for leadership and ethical innovation, she is the Founder and President of TCA’s Science Olympiad team, serves on the school’s Academic Committee, and is the Vice President of Global Issues for the Future Problem Solvers team. Outside of school, Sophie plays clarinet in the Greater Dallas Youth Orchestra Clarinet Choir. In her free time, she enjoys biking and photography.

Sophie is passionate about the intersection of AI and medicine, fascinated by how new technologies are shaping the future of healthcare. She believes AI has the power to transform education—when used wisely—and is excited to help share AI SMART’s message with other students.

“While AI can cause concern, it is an incredibly helpful tool if used wisely. I hope the AI SMART initiative will give students – and even teachers – the chance to understand how AI really works and teach them how to use it with purpose.”

Caleb Kim

Co-Founder

A junior at Trinity Christian Academy, Caleb has co-founded several organizations at his school. In addition to AI SMART, he is the Co-Founder and President of the Future Problem Solvers team and the Co-Founder of the DECA chapter at TCA. He is also a leading stock trader in TCA’s Investment Club and serves as the Drumline Captain in the school band.  Caleb graduated as a member of the Class 30 of Plano Youth Leadership and serves his community as a member of Young Men Service League.  He is a recipient of The President’s Volunteer Service Award – Gold Level.

Caleb has a strong interest in business and how AI is transforming the business landscape. He is excited to use AI SMART to help educate students about the ethical and responsible use of AI so that they are better prepared to thrive in a world being reshaped by AI.

“We need to recognize that AI is here and rapidly evolving. It’s a technology we must master, not avoid. The best way to shape the future of AI is to engage with it and help guide where it will go.”

Milena Berezhna

Co-Founder

Milena is a junior at Trinity Christian Academy who moved to the U.S. from Ukraine three years ago. She is Vice President of the Science Olympiad Club and Vice President of the Future Problem Solvers team. Outside of school, Milena commissions art, illustrates books, and sells her paintings. She is passionate about art and hopes to incorporate creativity into her future endeavors.

Recently, Milena has become intrigued by how technology, especially AI, is influencing art. She is committed to this project because she believes students and student artists alike have a responsibility to understand and use AI ethically and responsibly.

“AI holds immense power. I believe it has started a new era in human history and will shift our societal norms and beliefs. This may lead to chaos unless we learn together — how to use it responsibly while staying true to our values. While AI makes many artists worry about their futures, I believe it can be a tool to expand artistic expression.”
